A video presentation’s audio track can have its dialogue transcribed into text and shown alongside the video in real-time thanks to a process called closed captioning. Having the captions shown visually is a huge help for those who are deaf, hard of hearing, or who are in a setting with too much noise to hear the audio. Captions are available for most of our video content. Learn more about Captions and Transcripts.
Volume controls are available on your computer, tablet, or mobile device. Additional volume options are available for each video and audio service. To improve your listening experience, adjust the volume controls on your device and your media players. Learn more about Adjusting the Volume.
